Returns & Refunds
The Crux of Quincey LLC designs and fulfills products through carefully selected production and fulfillment partners. Because of the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by category.
Skincare Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards, all skincare products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for skincare items unless one of the following applies:
• The product does not arrive
• The product arrives damaged
• The product arrives open or visibly compromised
If your skincare order qualifies under these conditions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at baeralyssa.founder@thecruxofquincey.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Phone Cases
Phone cases may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• The item is unused
• The item is unopened
• The item is in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Opened, used, customized, or damaged phone cases are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your phone case arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Exchanges for preference changes, model selection errors, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at baeralyssa.founder@thecruxofquincey.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
